In addition to initial coaching training or support for experienced activity, Supervision is a vital process as both an individual and group coach.
Supervision is recommended by the major professional coaching associations (ICF, EMCC, SF Coach) and is part of the industry’s professional practices.
PREREQUISITES
- Having been trained in coaching (at least 60 hours) or having supported people or teams in a professional setting (as a manager, HR, entrepreneur)
- Providing practical situations to be analysed (individual, teams or organisation)
- Completing a prior interview with a member of the Activision Coaching team
SUPERVISORS
The Activision supervision groups are coordinated by certified supervisors who have coached for many years: Paul Delahaie (PCC), Catherine Tanneau (MCC) and Denise Sin Blima (MCC).
